Wanna Get started

Im new to the site and new to autocross

I have an 03 Mustang Gt

5 spd./ 17" Cobra R 285/45/17 / Cobra Clutch / Cobra front brake upgrade/ Steeda Cold air/ Mac o/r H pipe / Magnapack Cat-back/

I'm due for an IRS swap with a buddy who has a cobra. I'll be getting his exahust, rear rotors, etc. with his IRS. Also the car is being lowered.

Any other suggestions besides a quick tune before I take her out for her debut on the autocross track?

Plz any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

sub frame connectors... and check with your local autocross group and see if they have anything too... there aren't many people on here that follow/partake in auto crossing

Yeah, be prepared to get upclassed against some scary stuff.

Autocrossers are the most ANAL people EVER about classes. Any little thing you do is very likely to get you bumped up into a mod or open class.

My little 65 hp Corolla got put up against modded STis because I had poly bushings and SS brakelines.

Thanks for advice guys, I knew to expect some anal people but SS lines and bushings.. thats pretty funny. lol
