Off-Season Practice

Anyone have any tips for keeping up to speed in the off-season?

Best I've got is to get iRacing: iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, but that's gonna involve me needing to get a new computer, and I've got many other places that I should be putting money first.

Yes, there's always street driving, but I prefer to not go at anywhere near 10/10ths on public streets (especially in the Cobra!), and street driving seems to develop bad habits (paticularly regarding driver's side apexing).
