5.0 wont start (Pleasse Help)

I have a problem with a 1992 Mustang 5.0.
Just replaced Fuel Pump, Fuel Relay, TFI Module. The Pump was bad (No Sound), TFI was bad (recently replaced 6 months ago).
I have spark, and fuel to the rails. Engine cranks but no start. Sprayed starter fluid into air intake and still no start. Checked the aftermarket chip in and out of the computer and still nothing. Replaced rotor, wires, and plugs about 6 months ago. Again I have spark and fuel to the fuel pressure check valve. Please Help

1. 	have u checked all your sensors and relays

2. 	If you have fuel & spark, then a sensor is preventing the engine from starting. Check your wiring, especially your MAF. Also check the salt & pepper shakers, and the wiring up in the corner by the drivers side windshield

3. 	i had the same issue check your distributor cap and rotor
