Boost concerns

I have a 01 GT with a Stage II Saleen Super Charger, on the dyno we got 305 HP and 356 Ft pound torque. The boost was at 12.4 psi. Should I be concerned about too much boost with with this engine if nothing was done internally? Currently have a 2.5 pulley so should I get a 3.10 and if I do I will loose HP?
