car inspection failed

hey everyone i really need help i purchased a 2004 mustang gt 40th anniversary for my first car. i brought it to the state to be inspected and i failed. it was a jersey inspection station.for the followingegr system, oxygen sensors-heated,oxygen sensors,a/c refrigerant,secondary air injection, evaporative system,heated catalytic converters, catalystic convertersand engine misfire all came up unsupported i have no idea why. the check engine light is not on it runs great
