93 mustang lx wont start hot

i have a 93 mustang lx with bbk short headers flow master 40 series exhaust dumped at axle elder Brock upper and lower intake 75mm throttle body street fire ignition box msd cap and rotor bored to a 306 port and polished heads. now the problem is i cant start my car cold but when i drive it for a while and go to shut it off it will not start back up until cold i just put new coolant temp sensors in it and new msd mini high torque starter and i still have no clue why it wont start when warm need help really frustrated if anyone can help me out that would be great thanks
