blow by in crankcase,,any remedys????

i have 69 coupe w/302,7 oout of 8 have 120 psi compression,#5 cyl only has 70psi,,what should psi be on stock 302,just put motor back in after oilpump quit hopeless motor or just need re-ring?????????? can't afford new crate motor
