98 Gt with rod knock what should i do i need ideas?

I have a 98 GT with what i believe to be rod knock. I have eliminated any other source for the noise. It only has 85k on it. I need to fix it but not sure which route to take. Dont have much money but dont want a crappy rebuild either.
