01 Cobra Brakes On A 85 GT

I was wondering if anyone knows whether it is possible to use 01 Cobra brakes on an 85 GT. I want to replace the struts, spindles, calipers and rotors with some used 01 Cobra stuff I have. I am putting a 95 8.8 rear disc axle in the car also. I am thinking I will have to replace the lower ball joint, master cylinder and PV to make this work. Any ideas or references would be appreciated. Dman
