What To Do ?

Well it has come time to change my front brake pads, and I just bought some 18x9/10 black bullets, should i go ahead and try to get some drilled slotted rotors and some ceramic pads? i may also paint my calipers. Any ideas guys? any pics would be helpful too.

might as well do rotors and pads. get cross drilled at least...either cross drilled only or cross drilled with slotted. and stay away from metallic/semi-metalic...no good....and noisey. as for painting calipers...if you got the staeady hand and can lay it on nice and thin in multiple coats, and have the tme and patience do it. be real nice if you had a pint of you color and a compressor and spray...harbor frieght or craftsman should do...you could color match them. be different, and if would lay better than spray cans.

Only use ceramic caliper paint on your rotors, don't spray them with anything. They WILL look like ass/cheap/rice whatever you wanna call it.Duplicolor makes a kit just for painting calipers and if you use it right your shit WILL look nice. They make it in balck, red, yellow, silver and I think blue.

red is always nice, black is always nice....typical/standard race colors id say. but if they could be colormatched to the car that be sick....that be unique.

yes i agree, i think if i can find some DSG caliper paint i will go with that, i doubt a local autozone would have it but ebay or a store online may, if i cant get dsg i may just go with black.
