Drums to disc?

Is there an inexpensive way to convert from drums to disc on an 87 8.8 rear. Also want to convert from 4 lug to 5 lug while I'm at it.
Some that will swap over without going after market?

Wilwood 140-7139 - Wilwood Dynalite Pro Series Disc Rear Parking Brake Kits - summitracing.com

It's inexpensive, but it's not cheap. And it has a parking brake!

Yes in Navarre, and yes it's an AMC Hornet soon to be 5.0 powered. My son has a 2000 model Mustang. We also drive an Explorer and a Lincoln Town Car. both of which need some power mods.

Thanks for the response. I'm told late model (98 or newer) disc will cross over as well as the axles but no confirmation as of yet.
