steering wheel shake!!!

hey guys lately when i brake my steering wheel startes to shake like crazy!!! but only if im going 50 and up it goes crazy need the info in wuts wrong.

warped rotors can cause that

loose calipers can cause that, too. Get your wheels off and make sure the bolts holding the caliper to the hub are tight.

I'd probably also rotate my tires from front to back at the same time to see if that has any impact on your problem.

Definately rotors on this one. I had that prob for a good long while. I would turn the rotors and the prob would be right back with in a couple hundred miles of daily driving. What causes it MOST of the time is hauling ass at high speeds and seeing that cop and stomping the brake. There ARE other causes too but most of the time its high speed braking that does it.

Last year I upgraded my rotors to the Baer Decalla drilled and slotted ones. Talk about a difference too! I have had to stomp on the stop peddal many times while cruising at 100mph and I aint got a bit of peddel pulse yet!
