Camber Plates S197

Loading...

2005-2008 Mustang Camber Adjusters

Fits 2005-08 Mustang GT and V-6
Improves handling, allows total camber adjustment
Billet 6071 T-6 aluminum construction
Includes all necessary hardware
Installs in approximately 1 hour using basic hand tools

Look at any other design; they require that you keep changing little squares for adjustment. Granatelli came up with a cool way of adjusting the camber while the parts are still installed. They even include the degree finder on the parts.

This is not a misprint or a mistake. We are selling there below cost for just $20 a set plus shipping. The parts weight 3 lbs shipped so the most it could be is 10 bucks. You will not find a better part at any cost so $30.00 is a steal. Do not be confused by the low price.

805-486-6644 with questions – ask for ALEX or J.R.

got mine the other day. only thing is that they are not black as pictured in the install pictures (what is in the "inventory" picture is what is included)
the install instructions are a little confusing in that they state "take bolt/plate/blablabla marked left/right" and none of them are labeled; but its definately something that can easily be figured out by you (even easier figured out by a tech).
Steeda's version of these plates are made from 7075 aluminum while the Granatelli's are made from 6061. Is there a difference in quality? Probably, but f*d if i notice. even so, your getting a $190-210 product for only $30; if thats the case, then buy two sets in case something happens to the first, and even then your still spending less than for the steedas :-D
thanks Granatelli!

ps, will dremeling out the lower mounting holes of the struts (per the instructions) void any warranty of the strut itself?

All due respect - The Granatelli parts blows Steeda away at any price. Our parts are 6061-t6 yes but "hardened".

The Granatelli parts allow you to adjust the plates while on the car. Steeda requires that you remove the bolts every time and change a little plate do-dad.

The Granatelli parts are infinitely adjustable and where with the Steeda parts you are limited to there plate do-dads

I see that it says that it is adjustable from zero to a certain amount of negative camber. So does this mean it cannot bring camber more positive, such as in the case of correcting camber angle on a lowered car?

How? From what I can see, there is only a ridge for the cam to push on in one direction. In order to adjust camber further positive from center it'd have to have a rounded channel surrounding the cam, or at least a ridge on both sides, so that the cam can be forced in either direction.
