But i think some nice House of Kolor Kandy Tangerine over a mettalic gold base with the center stripe black would look the best.

No, its different. The orange is a Kandy color, so it is transparent. it looks like orange cough syrup, but the more layers it has, the darker it gets. It will pretty much go black if you put enough layers on. So you are seeing the gold, but you are looking through the orange to see it.

So imagine a really fine metallic gold paintjob with orange cough syrup poured all over it and you will have it

67/68 fastbacks look amazing in that gold base/tangerine kandy combo. The body on them are perfect for that color.

Did you say that it is a carbon fiber body? Cause if so you could put some bleed check seeler on it, which is pretty much clear primer from HOK, It is used to keep certain Kandy colors from bleeding into other colors. And then just put a Kandy color over the sealer and then clear it and you can still see all the weave in the cf through the Kandy color.

I'm not 100% sure what the body is made of...I doubt carbon fiber cuz it would be a shit done more expensive if it was all carbon fiber...
