what program does everyone use to photoshop im pretty good on the computer and could make my own sig and most likley make them for other people but I need to know what program you guys use to make the sigs

yea me 2 thats the internet i had at home when i was in like 6th grade..it suked to cause mom was on the phone all the time and then when i did connected someone would call and bump me offline...that was back when i used a script to connect to a IRC chat room..lol
