I downloaded the trial photoshop to mess with it and possibly buy, but I`m clearly computer stupid(dumb army guy)... Could I please get some help??? Also tell me how to give Reps, haven`t figured that out yet? Thank you!!

the sad part is I knew that, and even tho they are a difficult to chop I'm still somehow ok with working with them...
