Thanks, Mostly stock for now, except for the modded autolte 4100 and dual exhaust with flows! Shes a "K" code color car, Silver smoke poly with black interior! Just a nice driver, but I'd love to put a 347 in her with a 9" rear and a 5-Speed! But the wife bugs out every time I purchase something for it.

I am one that likes to mod a car, but not that one. One thing bad about having a car like that is its hard to mod it. Put some pics in you profile.

damn, i want a classic soo bad. when i was looking for cars i had a 5k dollar budget and looked at a few 65-66 stangs around here and saw one emaculate, original owner (now 78 yrs old), garage kept, ford blue, black leather, 1965 coup... only problem- it was an I6. sounded good with dual exhaust on it, but not much power, 3 speed manual. i wanted it real bad though. the owner lives just down the street from my dad up at the lake and we talked to him several times and he agreed to sell it for 6 grand and i was so happy that i would be in debt 1 grand but have an awesome classic. then the next day, the owner went cruising down washington road and a guy stopped him and offered him 12 grand. (probably worth more, but the elder man had no clue) and the owner decided not to sell it at all. so i diverted my 5 grand away from classics and found my baby down in the sig. boy do i want a classic though

The classic cars are nice, but what a pain in the ass to maintain! Hell, I'd love to purchase a new "05" But I only have room for the "65" Nothing beats a "New" car smell and the power of the cars of today are so awesome, don’t get me wrong I love all classic cars but the up keep can be a serious pain in the ass some times! Hell, I was just thinking of selling the Fastback to get another car, but I still haven’t decided on what I want, another old car or a brand new Mustang GT 05

I don't even like to take my car to the store. They are so easy to steal. That is a pain too.

That is a beautiful ride you got there!! One of my all time favorite Mustangs, the 65-66 fastback. I absolutely love the roof line and the longer rear decklid. You will have to search long and hard to find a replacement. I believe you would regret it if you sold her.

Very noice ride!!! I noticed that you are looking for a ratcet shifter to fit your car. You should be able to find one made for a classic that will fit the factory console without any modification to it.

I like your car 68mustang302. I think the 68 is over all the best year for classic stang. I also think 289/302 is the best motor ford made.

17 here. Once you start putting money into something, it is very, very hard to stop. Now, I stopped dumping money into the stang because all that is left is internal work forced induction- out of my budget. Enjoy your stang when you get it!

we got her running today we had to put an electric fuel pump on it it has a holley carb on it with racing jets and its letting too much fuel in so now we have to downgrade the jets a little to get it perfect. Now all thats left is the body work!
