mustangone, you and I need to talk. I have a 63 Lincoln Continental Convertible that I am going to restore the outside of, BUT I want to install a gt500 5.4L in it so bad I can taste it. Do you have anyone who has had one of these with an auto installed behind it??
what are the dimensions on that mustang II front end? thanks |

Great, at that price, you can get a blown 5.4 from a host of suppliers. My question was the dimensions for the front clip you are using to lay that bad boy in the engine bay.
BUT, after some measuring, the 5.4 will fit fine in the front engine compartment and subframe I have now. I appreciate you answering my questions. I will probably talk to you alot more over the next few months. Thanks again for all your help.... OH, I still need some auto tranny tips when working with these motors. You know what version, what type of computer do you like using to control both of them?? ![]() thanks again... |
