mag500's wouldn't be bad either but I would think the v8 is a must

Looks Good,

Things I would do to it.

Kick panel speakers
Package Tray
Dome light holders
Floor Mats
Paint the front end
New antenna
Windsheild molding, Rear window molding
Wiper and wiper arms
Remote Mirrior controls
Ash Tray
Head liner, When replacing the head liner Id replace the front and rear window weather strip

That is what I would do if I own that car...

Mag 500 wont fit, If you wanted a V8 he really should go get a V8 Car.

I know who (did own)owns that!! I wouldn't swap out the I6, they are becoming a rare breed. I have only seen 2 other I6s around here, my grandfather owns 1 of them and the other was at a show about 30 minutes from here. I modded mine and I have people think it is a V8 mustang.

Did they dump the exhaust out the side of the car (third to last picture)? That's the first thing I would change. Put a GT rear valence on it and it'll look much better.

It does look like it. A GT valance with duals would look nice. Just need a transverse muffler or a Y pipe to 2 mufflers out the rear.

Hey man. That's my car you bought. Thanks to BA MUSTANG for giving me a heads up on mustangforums about you posting it.

The 6 will run strong and healthy for you while you build a 289-302(5.0) for it, if that's the route you choose to go, but don't underestimate the 200... it's a peppy little fucker, and doesn't hesitate when you need some go. Lotta torque in that engine.

I have a 70 Fastback with a 408W so that was my gos fast car, this car was going to be for my wife so I was ok with the 6... I was fairly surprised with the build of this engine... lot more go than I was expecting.

Anyway man. Let me know what your plans are for picking it up, or if you wanna work out me trailering it out to you.

Thanks again.

Eric
