Window weather stripping.

so its gonna be like 50 degrees here today and i wanted to start work on the 66. i have brand new weather stripping for the side windows. (the once that go between the glass and the inside panel of the door). My question is how do you take the old once off to put the new once in. Do i have to take the windows out?

You can just remove the lower window stop to let it go down little more.
