Engine Swap, '95 302 into a '70 302

There is a '95 Mustang GT 302 engine available for $750 and I need to replace my '70 Mustang Conv't's 302 engine. Supposedly this '95 was swapped out at the dealer in '95 for a 351 Windsor because he wanted to add nitrous, etc. The person I'll be buying it from put an aluminum intake on the car so it could accept a carborator. Will this just bolt up to my '70? What else will I need to do? This has a serpentine belt on it. He said if I leave the serpentine belt on here then all I'll need to do is reroute the power steering fluid, besides that everything should just bolt right up and I won't need to change anything else. Since I have an automatic he said the torque converter should just match up so there isn't an issue there either. Please help because this sounds too easy to believe and I'm afraid there is going to be a lot more to this. I don't want to get into something that won't work or will cost a lot more money. Thank you very much in advance for your help.

This is a good article that I found. I did the same swap with my car except I went with the V-Belt set up. Read the sections that will apply to your car.
