it looks like my engine and tranny are going in....

yayay! the wife and i just finished painting the engine bay with semigloss engine enamel, and hit the battery tray area with some of that rubberized undercoating as a precaution.

tranny no, engine, it's a HO out of a 90's gt a roller i think they are called. and possibly a 4bbl edlebrock, 650-600 cfm

Just throwin this out there - I dont know if you know this or not. If you are using the stock cam out of that 5.0 motor and stabbing an older distributor in there, make sure the distributor has a steel gear on it. Use an iron gear or anything softer and the cam will eat the gear for breakfast
