I will tomorrow. Be warned it's undergoing a complete resto, so it looks like turds. That's the reason for hunting down a good forum so I can bounce ideas and get tech help... doing ALL the work myself. Kinda hard to do while juggling a job and family. But that's the reason for the build... something for me, the wife, and kids to enjoy.

Here's a pic of the car when I was picking it up. Looks solid doesn't it?

Here's the interior the same day. Not too bad

Here's the car in it's new home. This is while I had it up and running.

Here it is in it's current state. Front and rear aprons rusty, shock towers cracked from the 460/c6 combo that I pulled out of it, driver's frame rail completely dissolving, both rear quarters chucked with mud. That's about it. Going from front to rear. I have most of the sheetmetal to get it back together minus rear aprons and torque boxes. Going with a 95 ford lightning carbed 351w gt40 heads with a t5. So as you can see I have my work cut out for me. Time is the biggest hurdle.

So, Mustang1 is that what you started with?? If you don't mind divulging the info... how much did you have it in ready for paint?

I could have this car "looking slick" in no time but I want it to be perfect. Seems like the further you dig in you think... well I can't just leave that, it won't look right with the other new parts so you spend more and more. It's really a vicious cycle. LOL

I've definitely luck into the right forum. I've heard good things about these projects. Your the asset that I definitely need on my side.
Hey, where can I get rocker panel extensions, not the cookie cutter e-body stuff either. I would like to end up with something like the overhaulin car that was built for the guy in the wheelchair. Custom, but mild items that require a trained eye to spot.
