Just wondering what my Boss 302 motor is worth

Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me out, I have a 1969 Boss 302 motor that has very low miles (around 10,000) 351 windzor heads, the original rotating assembly and is fully balanced and blueprinted. I was randomly offered 3,500 for it by a co worker and it just got me interested as to how much it could be worth. Do any of you have an idea as to how much it could be worth? even just a ball park idea would be nice. Thanks!!!!

$3500 sounds like a good number for a 302.

But boss motors dont use 351W heads. The boss heads look more like cleveland heads, but are not.

Boss motors dont use a 302 intake.

What he said. The Boss motor is it's own breed so to speak.
