May have a 67 coupe on the way.
It's pretty much a frame and tub and not much else. It's a coupe and not a fastback. Going to go look at it next week after I get moved. It's free so I'm definately going to haul it home. The guy just wants it out of his yard. I'm not really looking to do a complete stock resto but do want it to be kind of close. I'm not sure if what's left on it (axles, wheels) are from a 6 cylinder or 8. I know the difference is a 4 lug (6er) or 5 lug (8) pattern.
Is it an easy switch out for the rear end to make it match up for an 8 or is there any custom fab work that needs to be done? |

It's not a done deal yet til I pick it up, but I got my fingers crossed. I started talking to the guy through a friend at work who knows I'm a Mustang freak. It's my friend's neighbor.

I just completed a 4 lug to 5 lug swap on my 67. I'm going to do a writeup on it.
EDIT: I attached my writeup in the thread below. ***The writeup is for 67 mustangs and maybe 68s, 65-66 are different***
