exhaust cutouts


i was thinking of installing exhaust cutouts on my mustang but would the reduced back pressuer damage my valves or some other part of my engine?
what is everybodys opinions on them?

I don't think it would hurt, but I think you would be happier if you just got a good hipo muffler.

You will most likely need to retune your carb, and yea i second the hipo muffler idea.
