my air filter container has come loose!!!

and i have no idea why the screw on the top is in as tight as it can go but it still shakes. My best guess is that a piece is missing from the bottom any ideas what could be missing?

the rubber seal that goes between carb and filter housing.. or ur stud that is screwed into your carb has loosened up. try seeing if you can screw it in some
