69 mustang

for a guy with little experience, can you guys give me some pointers on restoring my fastback. My ambition is to do a rotisserie restore. I am tearing the car down front clip is off, doors, interior out. I'll post pics soon as i figure out how. Originally it was a 302 car, wimbleton white. I bought it with a 351c in it, dark red. I bought a 351w to put back in it.

Mods i am considering: mustang 2 suspension w/power rack and pinion
Heidts 4 point rear suspension or something like
disk brakes ( now it has drum all the way around)
stroke the 351w to a 408 or 427 (power i'd like to have around 400hp -450hprw)
frame rail extensions ( and what ever else i need to stiffen/re-enforce the frame up)
I have a bum arm so i was thinking of a AoD transmission of some kind ( instead of a 3 peddle set up)
9" rear end not sure what gears to put in it.

my application would be a secondary car, maybe track every once in a while.
I have an 05 for my DD.

any help or advice would be great to have thanks guys. right now just getting the body stripped down and getting it on a rotisserie is my goal for the short term.

That is what my dad and I did when we took apart his truck. I also do it when I work on my 67.
