General Tech\Exhaust -- '67 Mustang Coupe
I just finished installing Dual 2-1/2" Spintech Sportman Street Series. All Stainless too with an X-pipe. As you can imagine this is a HUGE difference from the stock 1-3/4" single exhaust. I like the sound all the way through, from an idle all the way up. Ironically it drones a little from 50 - 60 or so. Right where I am most of the time. Is there some removable exhaust tip with a baffle for road trips and long drives? Anything to take the little edge off.

car chemistry makes inserts that you could stick in your tailpipe to quiet it down
