Now MY heater core is leaking

I have a passenger floorboard full of coolant

I've never done a heater core in a '69, but I hear it's a real PITA

If you have A/C it is a pain in the ass. If not it is alot easier.

The nice thing about the 1969 The dash pad comes out with 12 screws.

Then the dash chunk comes out with 10 bolts and undoing the tail light harness and unscrewing the fuse box and poping the door light switches.
then the A/C unit is just sitting there. Takes a Saturday to do this though.

It's an A/C car. Do you have to drop the steering column to get the dash chunk out?

Nope just unbolt it from the dash chunk and leave the pedals in it also.
