Sorry, I was on vacation. Its been about 3 weeks since i worked on the car. here is where we stand. I got it on the lift this evening. Time to go to town-no more crawling around on the ground.

've thought of molding the headlight doors to my fenders like you've done. How do you service the headlights when the bulbs need replaced?

Remove splash panel. We only did that because the fiberglass fit like crap. seriously though, how often will you need to service the headlamps? Once every decade or two?

I joined this site just to come on this thread and say this is a show winner for sure.

Does the body you used come mini-tubbed allreay, or did you modify it to fit the 315s out back?

Thanks, i am flattered! I wont ever have the time or energy to build something like this again, so it will always be special to me for a long time.

War Eagle! I'm an Auburn Graduate.

You've got it-65 silver pearl, black leather interior, side pipes, knock offs, 327/350hp with upgraded hydraulic roller cam and aluminum heads, fresh frame off restoration. Please come purchase the 65 corvette! i will paint it red for you, put a big A on the back, and even say RTR if you will. Seriously though, it's a great car and i have performed a full frame off restoration on it, but i just do not care for the original builds as much as I do restomods these days. Lot of fun and power and of course you cant go wrong with the silver/black combo. if anybody is interested, please message me-its a beautiful car.
