Yes they will fit. They fit on my 66 Coupe and my buddies 65 which are tighter engine compartments than yours. I have a set available that I bought just to get me home when I broke down on a road trip, and I have 351C heads on my engine. I swapped in a 302 to get home and needed headers. If you're interested in a god deal. I've put about 100 miles on them. $150 shipped in continental US. And yes, the PS bracket is necessary, my friend has PS in his 65 and needed it, I have manual so didn't need it. Although, on my 63 Falcon, I made my own PS lowering bracket.

I think i have one of those PS relocation brackets, if I can find it $15 and I'll toss it in.

I hope that it sure does help you out on the hooker headers needs or fit. You could also check out other sources if you needed to in order to get the things to be done. Hope all is well by now.
