All the 2V intakes are cast iron. I have never seen and aluminum 2V intake.

Just wondering, why would want a aluminum 2V intake.

I found this one.

Because i have a 2v already, pretty much new. The intake i have now is off an 83 truck, and has all the smog / egr on it. I wanted a non egr intake and figured i might be able to shed some weight too.

I'm building a truck motor, nothing is high RPM and everything i read says the 2v's are better for low RPM torque.

THanks, Rob
