The problem is the the front fenders are at diffirent angles.
The 65 the streight, the 67 is angled. It would hard to do correctly. |

Anythings possible with a sawzall and bondo. question is do you want to put the time into it? Two totally different front ends, it would be a lot of work to mate. Also isn't the 67-68 wider on the nose also. You might be better off to try and mate the whole front clip from the 67 to a 65 to get it to look correct. That in itself would be a lot of work also.

Even putting an Eleanor kit on a 67 is hard enough. None of the aftermarket kits I have seen installed were done so easily at all. Tons of hours on body work to get them to fit correctly.
Compound that by having to modify your 65 to accept 67 components, unless you are an awesome body guy it may never fit right at all. Anything is possible wtih enough money and time. You just have to decide how bad you want it. Is it worth 5-6-7000 dollars to have a "look?" |

when I mentioned a front clip I didnt intend to make lt sound like they would bolt up. It will be anything but that you will need some master fabricator skills to make it look right, but possible with panel shaping on the fenders and a lot of cutting welding and engineering. I would just stick to the stock look. I love a 65 front end unmolested. Its amazing what a nice stance will change the lookof a car. here is a pic of mine
