Question

How high should a mustang be part #2

The reason I need from ground to fender well measurement is because I now want my car to sit at, or very close to 29" at the rear and 27" to 27 1/2" at the front fender well measurement, with P215-R70-14 radials. The leaf springs as well as the front coil springs are original. The new desired height is different front what the car was at brand new. They are worn out, but by how much I don"t know. If I can find out how it sit from the factory, then I can figure how much more lift I need on the new leaf springs ( factory ride / not harsh ), and if I need taller or shorter factory ride type front coils.

Well why didn't you say so in the first place. Given what I told you before and what you want now you can do some measuring yourself.
1. A 215/70-14 tire is 25.9" in diameter. Radius is 12.95" lets just round up to 13". That will be from the ground to the center axle/spindle measurement.
2. With the weight of your car loading the suspension, measure the distance center from center axle/spindle to your fender lip. What do you get?
Add 13" to the results of step 2 and you get what your current ride height would be with 215/70-14.

From there adjust front and rear suspension to meet your 29" and 27(.5)" requirement.
You will have to get 16" rear and 14(.5)" up front. In the rear you will have a 3" gap between the top of the tire to the fender lip, so you can fit a fist in the gap. Up front you will have a 1(.5)" gap, you can put you open hand flat in that gap.

Your ride height will look something like this.
