schreech on start

ok so i traded my 408 fox for a 68 coupe, wanted something a little mo better. anyway somehow it got messed up... all my fault. it has a 302 i decided to put a weiand stealth intake on it, when doing this i used those stupid cork end gaskets. so i changed and went to start it antifreeze everywhere. after that i turned it off real fast, then i pulled the intake heads full of antifreeze so i dries it all up pulled the plugs drained out the antifreeze and thought yay all done. so now i got this really loud screech from the pistons, like all the oil on the cylinders got washed off. anyone have any ideas, i dont want to start the the motor and blow a piston ring, so i do not know if this will stop after start, also i have changed the oil already to get the antifreeze out. man i was super angry.

hahaha awesome..
anyway its an old motor that ran fine until i dicked it up, im taking full blame for it because well im dumb. so i am not sure what further info i can give on this i guess my primary question would be is there any way to lubricate the cylinder walls without removing the heads? honestly an answer that i could read would be most beneficial.
