69 Mach 1 – Tire and Brake help?

I have a 69 Mach 1, s code, 4 speed, that I’m converting to a daily driver. The car has manual brakes with drums all around and I want to convert it to Power Disks without spending a fortune.
I’m also looking for some suggestions on wheel/rim size for this car. I like the magnum 500 rim look on this car but have no idea on what size would be the best option.

So any suggestions on what you all have had the best luck with would be very helpful.

on magnum 500 go 15" , then a BF Goodrich radial T/A 235/60/15

Here is that setup here I have done.

I have another question that involves the interior; Since I'm making this a daily driver should I use the standard carpet padding or upgrade to something more with sound deading material?
