Need help choosing rear suspension.
Hey guys, I need some input on a rear suspension setup. I was looking at the TCI 3 link but I figured I could dump the money into a nice leaf spring deal plus have the extra money to get a locker and some 31 spline axles, and still have a little money still left over. The car will be setup for the street and see some good driving time in town plus freeway so I want something comfortable but stout. Any ideas? (I was looking at Global West but found their leaf springs are for 68-73 mustangs, what's up with that? Are the 67s different?)

I would go leaf springs, 1967 uses a long bolt up front. The spring should be the same.
I use the mid eye leaf springs to lower the rear of the car 1"... Dont need to be global wast. The front end is were all the work needs to be done at. You using a bigger motor that a 302? if not rebuilding your 8" would work just fine. |
