A few Questions about a 67 coupe

Hey gang, I am new to the forum and am about to undertake a restomod of a '67 coupe. I have a couple of questions if ya'll don't mind helping me out. I am a Noob at this so bare with me.

My plan thus far is to use a TCI coil-over IFS for the front. I also plan to use the TCI rear torque arm suspension with a 9" rear axle. As for the power plant the Ford 5.0L Coyote eventually I will install a supercharger planning for around 525 hp. Show n Go weekend ride.

1. Where do you find the drive by wire gas pedal?

2. What is the largest tire/ wheel I can use without tubbing the rear, I hope to use 18x10s in the back and 18x8 up front.

3. I need suggestions for a transmission, 3rd member(posi or locker) and gears(3.50 or 3.70).

Thanks for your help
