That looks to be a nice care for the money.
Look at the floors & frame rails and see how good they are. I would offer 14K try to get it at 14.5k |

Yeah, that's a fairly decent starting asking price. If the body and everything checks out it's pretty much at the going rate for that kind of car.

Oh, and here's an idea...
But first a little history: When Ford was researching, developing the 302 for use in Trans Am racing in 1968 (the fruit of which would be the 1969 Boss 302's) they were considering three options for heads on the race engine. One was the in house, cast iron, factory heads off the 351 Cleveland, a set of aftermarket aluminum heads (which flowed the best of any of the three), and special set of in-house, iron heads called Tunnel Ports (these had been used in the 1968 season, but performed very poorly). Ultimately Ford went with the Cleveland as it was the cheapest/most cost effective but not a terrible performance compromise. ... So since the car is already in Boss trim AND is packing a 302, why not (and this is assuming you buy the car) purchase and install an aftermarket set of aluminum heads (I would suggest Trick Flow's Twisted Wedge Heads or an appropriately sized set of AFR's) and then refer to it as the Boss That Never Was. Even if my whole 'coulda been boss' idea is lame, a good set of lighter aftermarket aluminum heads would sure beat the hell out of the old factory iron heads.
