95 302 into 67. Whats all needs to be done?
after i drop the 95 5.0/tran in the 67... what all do i need to do to get the car finished and running?
run the fuel lines to the trunk mount the 95 computer relocate the battery to the right side mount the fusebox under the engine bay? run wires to the 67 ignition (any advice on this)? mount the 95gt fuel pump/sending unit in the 67 tank? swap the fuse box thats under the 95gt dash? do i use the 67 radiator or the 95 radiator/fan?

Your biggest obstacle is going to be running the fuel lines and installing a fuel sending unit with two fittings on it. Surely somebody makes one by now, but i am not sure. You will also need a fuel pressure regulator. I recommend using -6an stainless steel braided line and fittings.
Wiring is pretty straight forward these days. You can buy an aftermarket harness for around 500.00 that eliminates the salt and shaker plugs that often have connection problems. If you are on a very strict budget and you are using the stock wiring, it still should be pretty easy. Just make sure all of the connectors inside the "salt and pepper" connectors are nice and tight. You can expand or reduce the female connector size with a pick if need be. Other than that, it should be pretty straight forward. You will need to have someone weld new connectors onto the exhaust for headers, but it shouldnt be a big issue. |

- setting up your fuel pump system, either an in-tank or an external surge system, is a bit time consuming - battery to either the drivers side or the truck - better to mount the fusebox and relays inside the car - use your 67 radiator, a flex hose at the bottom, and you'll have to fab your upper hose. I used two different hoses and an inline filter Got some helpful info on my website on doing this |

I was just turned onto fordfuelinjection.com, they have a whole write up there on exactly what needs to be done. It does seem that the 89 to 93 models are the easier swap though....
