Edelbrock Water Pump for 64 1/2 289?

Hi Guys,
I've got a (7-13-64) D code hardtop with a five bolt 289, and it currently has an Autozone open back aluminum water pump on it.
I will be installing a cam and heads (TFS TW FAC 170s) soon, and want to install the highest quality water pump I can get. My timing cover has the oil filler on it, and I'd like to keep it on the car if possible. Will the Edelbrock 8842/8847 open back pump work with my timing cover?
I'm glad I read some of the other TW/289 threads; my chambers are currently 58cc and I will be having a racing shop mill the heads down to 54cc to keep the CR the same as factory (9.3:1). My buddy was hinting that I might consider 10:1, but I don't want to scrap the heads if I decide to stroke the motor later!
Thanks in Advance,
Brian

In Late 1965 The timing chain cover change to the one the use till the late 70's.

Yours is very different, To get one of the good water pumps you will need to change you timing chain cover to a 1966 one. and the water pump you like will work. You will need valve cover that let you add oil.

Is this my huckleberry? http://http://shop.autocraftinvestme...84&parent=2842

Do I need to buy a seal for this when I buy it? Or will the seal come with one of the gasket kits?
Thanks in Advance,
Brian

The link does not work, Ask if it has the seal for you to install it.
