I know you've been waiting for that stinking machine shop to get done...I hate that waiting...At least it's given you time to get several parts you need.

OK, I am joking I know you meant "before hand" as in before and after pics of the car, I just couldn't resist.

Great Post!!


Hi Everyone, I’m glad to be a new member of this community.

Almost mainly because of this post, I joined Modded Mustangs. I have a ’67 Stang Coupe, and I am going to be replacing my 302 with a new 302, and the first question I had was how can I clean up my engine compartment. I looked at almost all the other forums, but this was the only one with a post like this.

Very good information in this post and I feel it’s gonna make my job so much easier. Thanks! I’ll be posting pics soon for all to see.

We did ours also. It is a dirty job but well worth it!

how come you opted to go with stock exhaust manifolds rather than headers?
