Need "Cheap" 65 Mustang Raditor Overflow

OK after my almost completely new drive train put in I have spent waaayyy more than I had originally planned. So now I have to come up with cheaper alternatives to the standard to get this thing working right. SO every dollar counts. I'm looking for a cheaper radiator overflow set-up that doesn't have to be original, just needs to work right. I'm tired of my car puking all over my new engine

I'm open to any suggestions

Define cheap? When I started looking for one I was hoping to spend about $15, but that turned out to be a pipe dream, so I wound up buying this one:

Mustangs Unlimited - The Premier Source for Mustang, Shelby and Cougar Parts and Accessories

It looks awesome, and was reasonably priced ($60).

If you want really cheap, stop by the junk yard and grab something that looks like it would fit in the fender well to the right of the radiator and tie-strap it in. The hook-ups are just two 3/8" hoses and some ring clamps, so just about any Ford overflow tank should work.

I second the junk yard method. Heck, it doesn't even have to come out of a ford to work.

Knowing it cost me a fraction of what the cheapest new one cost and that it worked equally as well.

Cool Thanks Gentleman. I have always been a fan of junk yards in the past, but Im trying to keep the engine compartment looking as new and neat as possible. I'll probably have to break down for a chrome one.

Well if you really want it to be chrome, you'll have to go that route. Otherwise you can just get a metal overflow out of a junkyard and then clean it up, paint, and/or polish it at home so it looks new.

Wow, great deal on the overflow tank. I guess I need to quit being lazy and start shopping ebay, save myself some cash.
