IT WONT LET ME but its right above the headers like under valve cover so it leaves to me to believe that i need to reset the valve with the recalibration tool because i ran open headers so it is somthing with the valves but just one side which is the passenger side closeset to the cabin toward the back of the engine just need to make sure what this noise is and dont wanna mess it up from driving it while its doing this

I'm kind of a noob around here, but I've never heard of resetting a valve. You can set valve lash by adjusting the rockers if you have stud mount rockers. Which you need to do after the engine has run for a few hours anyway. As long as you have headers and not just exhaust manifolds, you shouldn't have damaged anything by running with open headers. It is also possible that the noise has been there all along, and you just couldn't hear it over the noise of the open headers.

You can use a large screwdriver to find the exact spot of the noise. Put the handle to your hear, and touch the tip to the motor, it will act like a stethoscope. You can also buy an engine stethoscope (harbor freight) sells them.

The best way to get a video on here is to upload it to youtube and link it.

+1

This is what happened to mine. It was really hard to see with the rockers covered in oil. Spray them with some brake cleaner so you can get a good look at them. You are looking for something like this:
