Modification of a STOCK Mustang II crossmember to make it fit a 67-68 Mustang
Has anybody ever modified a STOCK Mustang II crossmember to make it fit a 67-68 Mustang? If so, could you please describe the process, the measurements, etc.
If you haven't done it, but you know of articles or youtube videos on how to do it, PLEASE SHARE them with me...PLEASE! My situation is that I bought a stock Mustang II front end clip off of Craigslist to put into my 1967 Mustang (as an alternative to buying a $1K-plus aftermarket kit)...I've now realized that the crossmember was TOO BIG for the engine compartment. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! |

Welcome to MM Forums...
As we alway say, It is not a problem if you have the time & tools. The important part is to keep the ends of the II right and cut the middle to fit. |
