missing something and need a hand

Could one of you 69 owners do me a favor and look under your fenders? There's 2 mounting bolts at the rear on the bottom. The rear one goes into the rocker panel, the other one in front of it goes....???

I seem to be missing whatever it's supposed to bolt to and I can't find whatever bracket was originally there. If you could send me a pic or something of what it's supposed to look like, that would be most helpful, thanks.

I'll see if I can check tomorrow when it's not dark.

The front bolt attaches to a L shaped bracket that is also attached to the splash shield....
