Ok, nobody likes the 9 inch air filter, it will be changed soon .its what came with the car.The Shook are just from the local parts store here in Ontario Canada .They are pretty firm and the car seems to handle well with them and the new Export.I like the look of the red with the Chrome.

If anything I would think it would restrict the flow.I have ordered Chrome valve covers and larger Chrome Air filter.I will post pics when I get it done . Right now I am in the process of repairing the rust that was under my Vinyl roof.

The car is in amazing shape . I know it came from California .I think it was kept inside for the last 20 years. The back 1/4 panel still have the rubber drains there . Also when I installed the dual exhaust the mechanic said the the manifold cross over for the single exhaust was factory original. He said I should keep it but I didn't.

Soutern Califonia im guessing I know a guy who picked up a 70 cougar there $100 rust free they got some deals there if you find em

And about keeping the manifold cross over keep everything you got room for in your barn prices for original stuff is going up we ended up spending $1000 bucks for an oil cooler for our Boss 302 and everything for that and all classic stang original parts are very pricey so it wont hurt keeping the extra stuff you have if you got the room
