1988 5.0 fit into a 1966 mustang coupe

I got a 1966 Mustang with a 289, I was wondering will the 289 intake fit the 302,and will it drop in the stock location?

Not nearly as nice as a clean aluminium intake and a holley carb with a nice chrome air cleaner.
