Help Identifying AC System

When I bought my car it came with what is supposed to be a working factory under dash AC; but no compressor, condenser, hoses, or brackets.

Since the cost of condensers, hoses, brackets, etc add up I plan to buy an Old Air Hurricane system. In an effort to conserve funds am looking into some sort of temporary solution until I have been able to build up some new funds, and ran across this unit on craigslist.

Based on the pictures it appears to be a Classic Auto Air Daily Driver. The seller is a shop who is doing a restoration and upgrading the unit. It is supposed to be a R-134A unit that was working when pulled last year. I do not know yet if it comes with hoses, and even if it did, they may not work with a V8 (I know the bracket for the I6 will not work).

I also have some concerns about the repairs that appear to have been made on the back of the under dash unit.

Can anyone identify the unit?

Do you guys think it would be worth $200 and serve as a usable system for about 2 years?

That is a factory condenser from a 65/66 . That is a old air daily driver systems under dash. 134 sandan compressor. I would just save the money and get some good that will work without trying to make that old stuff work.

Ballpark, how much would it cost me to get a compressor, condenser and hoses to go with my factory under dash from you (All R-134a stuff)? Used is okay as long as it works for a few years.
